This is an extremely pleasant, consistent and comprehensive course for beginners! I highly recommend it to anyone like me who wants to quickly get into the secrets of baking cakes. The tutor explains everything in detail, and her instructions are easy to follow.

I really, really enjoyed this course. I was always scared of trying multiple of layers of cakes and now i have the confidence in doing so, thanks. The instructor was very clear on all her steps on icing both round and square cakes. I picked up tips on how to get my cakes very smooth and how to get rid of air pockets. Finishing touch, storing, serving and transporting were very informative. I look forward to doing more of your courses.

Very helpful and the lady goes into a lot of detail in order for you to achieve what's she's showing you. Im very excited to have gained all these new skills as doing decor and frosting was my worst aspect in baking! The added extra at the end on frosting was very helpful too

It was nice to see how the drips are done on cakes, I have always wondered. I love the pace of the course too. It was not too fast for me to follow. I learnt a lot on this course and found out where I have been going wrong with my decorations. It is an amazing course and I enjoyed every module, there was something to learn throughout the course.

it was a nice basic course and since i had almost no knowledge i was impressed that how the chef here made it look so easy i highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to know the small yet important basics for their cake journey
